Parotid Oncocytoma – A Case Report

摘要

嗜酸細胞瘤是一少見之良性唾液腺腫瘤，好發於腮腺，佔所有腮腺腫瘤之0.1%至1%，易見於50歲至70歲之女性病人。本院耳鼻喉科今年也有1例之經驗：51歲女性病人，主訴左耳下無痛性腫塊達2年，理學檢查發現為5×4cm可動性腫塊，臨床上無顏面神經麻痺或頸部淋巴結腫大現象，在良性腮腺腫瘤診斷下接受淺葉腮腺切除術。術後除暫時性之顏面神經麻痺外並無其他併發症，病理診斷為酸細胞瘤，術後追蹤一年無復發。本病例殊為罕見，特此提出報告。

Oncocytoma is a rare benign tumor of the salivary glands. It Comprises 0.1% to 1% of the parotid tumors. Characteristically, the oncocytoma occurs in women in the sixth to seventh decades, almost arises in the parotid gland. A 51-year-old female patient visited our hospital with the chief problem of left infra-auricular painless mass for two years without facial palsy or lymph node swelling. Under the impression of benign parotid tumor, she received superficial parotidectomy. The frozen section and pathology revealed oncocytoma. She stood the operation well without any sequela except temporary facial palsy and Frey’s syndrome on the left side. She was regularly followed up for one year without recurrence.
