大腦半球前間裂血腫－17例分析
Anterior Interhemispheric Hematoma – An Analysis of 17 Cases

Seventeen patients with anterior interhemispheric hematoma were studied. In addition to the clinical finding of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), patients’ general condition was poor. About half of the cases had subhyaloid hemorrhage. The mortality rate reached 82.3%. The major cause was rupture of the anterior communicating artery aneurysm. The results suggest that an earlier cerebral angiography would be beneficial.
