目的:瞭解衛教課程的人介入對老年慢性心臟衰竭患者之知識與順從性之效果。病人及方法:採類實驗設計,以立意取樣自北市某醫學中心選取實驗組35人、對照組30人。結果:在實驗組方面,衛教前後在順從性和知識性有顯著差異,而衛教後(出院前)和出院後21~48小時,在順從性和知識性無顯著差異。實驗組在住院期間給予心臟衰竭衛教課程,發現實驗組和識性和順從性前後測之差顯著高於對照組,而三個月內在追蹤再住院次數和再入院天數,發現實驗組對照組有顯著差異。討論:本研究根據實驗組衛教知識性及順從性,實驗組與對照組之差異,衛教方式和再入院次數,分別與過去研究做比較。(慈濟醫學 2000;12:49-57)
Objective: To examine the effectiveness of health education on the knowledge and compliance of elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Patients and Methods: A quasi-experimental research design was used. Data were obtained form 35 patients in a treatment group and 30 patients in a control group. Only patients in the treatment group participated in the health education program during their hospitalization. Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher score for knowledge and compliance than the control group. Additionally, there was significant difference between the two groups in duration and number of readmissions. Conclusions: We compare the past research with the above results.
