摘要

目的：探討系統性護理指導對心臟衰竭患者疾病知識、態度及自我照顧行為之影響。病人與方法：採類實驗設計法(Quasi-experimental design)，在某區域教學醫院心臟內科門診進行研究。以立意取樣的方式選取心臟衰竭患者為研究對象，共收得實驗組及控制組共40人。實驗組患者接受研究者自編之「心臟衰竭患者居家自我照顧行為衛教本」進行系統性護理指導，控制組則無接受系統性護理指導。以結構式問卷收集前測資料並於一個月後個案回診時間收集後測資。結果：顯示使用系統性護理指導措施可增加實驗組患者的疾病知識、改善其態度及增進其自我照顧行為。結論：研究者配合自編之「心臟衰竭患者居家自我照顧行為衛教本」進行系統性護理指導方式應可作為未來臨床護理人員提供照護之參考。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of systematic nursing interventions on knowledge, attitude and self-care behaviors of patients with heart failure (HF). Patients and Methods: A quasi-experimental research design was applied to this study. Subjects were recruited from a cardiac medical outpatient clinic of a regional hospital. A total 80 subjects, which included 40 HF patients in the experimental group and 40 HF patients in the control group, was selected by using a purposed method. The experimental group received systematic nursing interventions by researchers using ”The brochure for self-care behaviors of patients with heart failure”. The control group received no systematic nursing interventions. Data, such as knowledge, attitude and self-care behavior, were measured by a structured questionnaire. Results: The findings of the study indicated that the systematic nursing interventions increased patients' knowledge, improved their attitude and increased their self-care behaviors. Conclusions: The systematic nursing interventions by ”The brochure for self-care behaviors of patients with heart failure” could be supplied in clinics in the future.
