目的:探討大豆乳酸發酵液對體內的抗氧化酵素活性的影響。材料與方法:雄鼠(Sprague-Dawley)依其體重,每天以灌胃方式給予2%的大豆乳酸發酵液(10毫升/公斤/每天),共十天。之後測試肝臟、腎臟及腦部中抗氧化酵素包含超氧歧化 (superoxide dismutase)、過氧化氫 (catalase)與麩胺基過氧化 (glutathione peroxidase)的活性。結果:服用大豆乳酸發酵液後,肝臟中超氧歧化 、過氧化氫 和麩胺基過氧化 三種抗氧化酵素的活性均明顯的增加;而腎臟中超氧歧化 的活性則降低,腦中的超氧歧化 和麩胺基過氧化 也都顯著的降低。結論:大豆乳酸發酵液對體內不同組織之抗氧化酵素影響並不相同,在使用上應將此列入考慮。(慈濟醫學 2003; 15:105-112)
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of fermented soybean extract (FSE) on the activity of antioxidant enzymes in vivo. Materials and Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats (152 g~168 g) were treated with 2% FSE (10 mL/Kg) or water by oral gavage once a day for 10 days. The activity of antioxidant enzymes including catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (Cu/Zn SOD and Mn- SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (Se-GPX and non Se-GPX) in the liver, kidney, and brain were tested. Results: We found that the activities of CAT, SOD and GPX were increased in the liver. However, SOD activity was decreased in the kidney. SOD and GPX activities were decreased in the brain. Conclusions: These findings demonstrate that FSE may elevate antioxidant capacity in the liver, but proba-bly not in the kidney or brain in vivo. (Tzu Chi Med J 2003; 15:105-112)
