摘要

目的：燒傷病患又家屬在出院前常詢問照顧之注意事項及生活或經濟上的問題，故討燒傷病患及家屬出院前之擔心與訊息需要及其相關因素。材料與方法：採橫斷式調法，以自行發展之燒傷病患與家屬之擔心及訊息需要量表，在病患出院前1-2天，讓病患及家屬分別填寫。結果：研究期間於南部某醫中心燒傷病房共收集33名病患，完成32份家屬及23份病患量表。經分析資料後，顯示燒傷病患及家屬出院前以傷口照護及社會支援資訊之獲得為主要的擔心與訊息需要，且其擔心與訊息需要呈正相關。結論：評估燒傷患者及家屬於出院之前擔心與訊息需要是很重要的照護行為。本研究結果可供臨床醫護人員參考，以增進協助燒傷病患及家屬出院後的適應之專業能力。

Objective: Burn patients and their families usually have many worries and informational needs before the patients are discharged from the hospital. The purpose of this study was to explore the worries and informational needs of burn patients and their families before discharge. Materials and Methods: Using a cross-sectional survey, a self-adminis-tered questionnaire was developed to investigate the worries and informational needs of burn patients and their caregivers. The patients and their caregivers completed the questionnaire one day before discharge. Results: Among 33 burn patients, 32 caregivers and 23 adult patients completed the questionnaire. Results revealed that patients and caregivers were more worried about wound care and social support resource. A positive correlation was found between the informational needs and worries of both patients and caregivers. Conclusions: In order to improve burn patients’ and their caregivers’ adaptation after being discharged from the hospital, assessing their worries and informational needs is essential for improving the quality of the professional care for families with burn patients.
