摘要

唾液腺的類淋巴上皮瘤癌在臨床上非常少見。臨床上的研究認為在中國人以及愛斯基摩人中，它跟EB virus有很強烈的相關。唾液腺中在腮腺最常見，再來是下頷腺。唾液腺的類淋巴上皮瘤癌在病理上跟鼻咽癌非常類似。在免疫染色的結果也相同。臨床上必須先檢查病人的鼻咽以確定是否為鼻咽癌的轉移或是單純的唾液線類淋巴上皮瘤癌。我們在此報告一個24歲男性的下頷腺之類淋巴上皮瘤癌的病例。將探討病因，臨床及病理上的特徵以及和EB病毒的相關性。

Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC) of the salivary gland is a very rare tumor. It is an Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-related malignancy seen in Chinese and Eskimos. We report an LELC of the submandibular gland in a 24-year-old Taiwanese man, who underwent surgical excision and adjuvant radiotherapy. During the follow-up period of two years, there has been no sign of recurrence. Examination of the nasopharynx is always indicated when the diagnosis of salivary gland LELC is confirmed.
