基地保水性能評估之研究

A Study on The Assessment of Soil Water Retention in Building Site

摘要


本研究以自行研擬的基地保水指標,以基地開發前及開發後的地表條件,對基地土壤所能涵養的水量提供一個科學量化的簡易評估法。本文首先對基地保水性能提出其定義、目的及相關的方法,而後依據保水的原理逐一對於各項保水方法提出完整的保水指標公式。基地保水性能評估體系不僅消極地考慮降低地表逕流,更積極引入滲透、貯留、截留及景觀綠化之方法,來增加土壤中涵養雨水的能力,是都市土壤生態最根本的基礎,並為都市水循環生態最重要的一環。今後期待我國能儘快進行相關保水方法之現地實測,以期能研擬出更精確的保水指標公式,以使我國對於都市及建築基地的透水性及保水性政策更能確切地落實。

The purpose of this study was to assess soil water retention after the development of buildingsite,using the index of soil water retention to provided a simple quantitative method.At first,thisstudy describes the definition,purpose and method and then develops each accessing equation.The assessment system of soil water retention not only can reduce the storm water runoff in urbanarea,but also can use the devices of infiltration,storage,retention and landscape engineering toincrease the capability of water storage of soil in building site.It would be the foundation ofecology of soil and urban water circulation.We expect this assessment system could be improvedas soon as possible and more sustainable policy of urban permeable environment could developbased on this index of soil water retention.
