都市商業區商業空間使用者對音環境評價之研究

The Sound Environment Evaluation of Urban Commercial Space Users in Urban Commercial Area

摘要


都市商業區之商業空間與都市生活息息相關,隨著國際化與社會高度資訊化,商業活動也由傳統之買賣為主形態,轉化為需結合服務、空間品質與氣氛之塑造刺激買氣,因商業活動而產生之聲音也就愈來愈多樣化,台灣都市分區以住商混合居多,商業活動產生之聲音,往往因音量過大而變成環境噪音,這種現象是否為使用者所需要之商業空間音環境是值得探討的。 為了從使用者觀點實際了解住商混合使用之商業區其音環境之情形,本研究從台南市都會區中發出800份問卷進行調查,其中有273份問卷獲得回收(回收率34.13%),其中使用者對商業空間音環境之塑造有六項主要評價因子,依照實際使用者對商業空間音環境設計之評價情形建構了三個軸向主要因子,分別為第一因子:快適感(愉快、舒適/不愉快、不舒適),第二因子:空間活力感(具生氣的/無生氣的),第三因子:溫暖感(溫暖/寒冷),在回歸分析中快適感與音量(Leq)呈現負相關(r=-0.558),顯示商業區中之音量可作為商業空間音環境塑造具快適感之一項指標,商業空間不需大的音量亦可使空間具有快適感,此與過去需透過高分貝擴音器才能招攬客人的商業形態有所不同,若能放棄以高分貝之擴音器為塑造商業空間良好音環境的方式,未來台灣住商混合中住宅部份的高噪音困擾應可改善,故適當地限制商業空間大音量的使用顯得相當重要,亦可提升使用者對商業空間快適感。

With the rapid increase in internationalization, commercial activities have transformed from traditional buying and selling into more complicated functions. Commercial activities are becoming more multifarious and annoying. This is because of Taiwan's special habitat environment. In Taiwan, most people live in residence-commercial complex zoning. This means that residents are exposed to commercial activity noise. To investigate the residence-commercial complex zoning sound environment from user's point of view, 800 questionnaires were disseminated with 273 valid questionnaires returned. Six evaluation factors were used in influencing molding commercial space sound environment. According to the users' observation and experience, three factors play important roles influencing users' evaluation regarding sound environment design, including amenities (pleasantness, comfort, unpleasantness), vitality (active or inactive), and warmth atmosphere (warm or cold). In the regression analysis, amenity and volume (Leq) had a negative relationship(r=-0.558), which means that volume is an important factor in commercial space sound environment molding. In the past, high volume amplifier systems were used extensively in commercial districts to attract more crowds. However, the amenities have declined under such a noisy environment. It is a very important issue to study the trade-off relationship between these two situations and improve the noise problem in residence-commercial complex zoning.
