本研究目的在建立五溝村鳥類與地景空間之基礎資料並探討鳥類多樣性與地景多樣性之關係以作為塑造農村生物多樣性環境的依據。研究地點於屏東縣萬巒鄉五溝村,選定六個樣區(500m×500m),2004年期間進行三次調查,建立繁殖季鳥類及地景生態資料。結果顯示,在同質性相似的農村環境,不同比例、類型的嵌塊體組合,也會有不同的鳥種出現;除此之外,鳥類多樣性指數有隨綠地比之增加而增加的趨勢,在統計上,兩者具顯著相關性,同時,鳥類多樣性與地景多樣性與統計上亦呈現正相關,而含人為嵌塊體的農村環境的地景多樣性與鳥類多樣性亦相關性顯著;因此,農村各種不同的棲息環境甚至是包括人工環境對整個地區的生物多樣性都有所貢獻。
The purpose of this study is to examine the biodiversity of rural landscape based on biotic and spatial data in order to provide strategies for a sustainable rural landscape. The study focuses on the biodiversity index of birds and landscape at district level (at the scale of 1/5000). From January to July 2004, three field surveys were done at six sites(500m×500m)located on the Wuggo village. Firstly, it shows that even in the homogeneous rural landscape, the different proportions and types of the composition of patches can appear different species of birds. Secondly, it shows that the tendency that bird diversity increases while the proportion of the woods area increses. In statistics, both have obvious correlations. Besides, bird diversity is positivly correlative with landscape diversity. Landscape diversity with the human patch is highly related to bird diversity. Therefore, all kinds of land uses including human patch can have contributions to biodiversity in the rural landscape.
