安定器內藏式螢光燈泡光源照明效率及品質之初探

Preliminary Discussion on Illumination Efficiency and Quality of Fluorescent Lamp with Built-in Stabilizer

摘要


隨著國民所得逐年增加,人民生活水準人幽提高,電器用其的普及化,使得用電量持續攀升,而照明器具的耗電量爲一般家庭中所有用電器具之冠,約佔住宅建築物耗能之30%,而照明光源的選擇,攸關照明品質與整體的感受,因此除了節能考慮的發光效率外,還應考慮光源的演色性及色溫,在現階段綠建築設計,特別於日常節能指標中,將照明節能納爲重要評估項目,並已成爲國內建築節能工作推動之重點,就是希望利用節能光源替代較耗能的光源,透過節約照明用電方式,創造優質的光環境生活。目前坊間光源的種類眾多,且依建築空間使用型態的不同,其所需光源種類亦有所差異,運用上極爲方便,惟這類產品均宣稱具有省電功效,然而究竟其光源之照明效率如何?國內尚未有相關調查研究可供參考,因此本研究擬針對住宅常用之安定器內藏式U型及螺旋型螢光燈泡光源的節能特性與光源照明效率,以及演色性、色溫與光譜等光源品質,進行相關調查及量測,俾供消費者作爲汰換更新節能光源產品之參考。

As the national income increases year by year, people's living standards are being raised, which bring about the popularity of electrical appliances, and make power consumption continue to go up. Lighting takes the lead of power consumption in the average household electric appliances, accounting for about 30% of the energy consumption. Choice of lighting, however, really matters to illumination quality and overall feelings. Consequently, in addition to energy efficiency also should be considered arc the color rendering and color temperature of the lighting. In the green architectural design, particularly in the daily energy-saving indicators, energy-efficient lighting has been taken as an important evaluation criterion, and has become the focus of domestic architectural energy-efficiency activities, in the hope of replacing inefficient lighting with alternative energy-efficient ones, and using this energy-efficient approach to create a living environment of high-quality lighting. Presently in the market there are a variety of lighting sources available, which can suit different building space usage patterns, and provide very convenient applications. These products may be claimed to have energy-saving effects, but what about their illumination efficiency? Since domestic articles of relevant researches are not yet available, this study takes the spiral- and U-shaped fluorescent lamps with built-in stabilizers, commonly used in residential households, as the research object and investigates and measures their lighting qualities based on energy-saving features, illumination efficiencies, color rendering, color temperature and color spectrum, to provide references to consumers for replacement with energy-saving lighting products.
