都市型集合住宅之住戶平面計畫的供給特性：以台北市集合住宅爲例

摘要

台灣隨著經濟成長，自1950年開始都市人口大幅增加，至1971年止，台灣都市人口已佔全體的60%以上，致使都市住宅問題成爲70年代的重要政治課題。故本研究針對台灣首善之都台北市，探討近三十年來國民住宅與民間集合住宅之供給實態，並從供給主体、時間軸與供給區位等研究視點，探討其住戶平面計畫之空間構成特性的異同、住戶面積的供給實態與供給區位的分佈狀況等；同時，針對住戶單元平面構成類型與住棟單元形態做深入交叉分析，探討兩者之間的相關性，其研究成果將作爲今後台灣都市型集合住宅之建築計畫的參考。

The population in Taiwan cities has dramatically increased upon the growth of economy since 1950, and amounted to over 60% of the whole in 1971. As the result, housing in cities has become a significant political issue since 1970s.This research mainly focuses on Taipei City to search the supply of public housing and private condominium over recent thirty years. It covers the variance of characteristics of the space in dwellings, the size of dwellings provided and the regional distribution of dwellings from the aspects of the supply side、time frame and the district. In addition, it also cross analyzes the distribution of dwelling units and the dwelling unit plans to find their correlations. The conclusion could give a reference for architectural planning of public housing in Taiwan cities.
