以光達進行自然風場風速創面遙測之初探

Application of Lidar on the Field Measurement of Atmospheric Boundary Layer

摘要


「建築物耐風設計規範及解說」中,對於設計風力有重要影響的參數且具有本土特性的是設計風速及風場特性。風場特性則包括了不同地況的風速分佈以及紊流特性。由於缺乏實測資料,我國規範的風場特性是參考ASCE-7的相關規定所研訂。然而我國規範中的設計風速主要受到颱風的影響,與美國大陸型氣候不盡相同,加以兩國的都市鄉鎮建築形式存有相當差異,直接採用美國的風場特性,未必能正確的反應本土的風場特性。建立相關的實場監測數據做為未來風力規範的修訂依據,實是當務之急。本研究的宗旨即在不同的標準地況條件下,進行自然風場之實場監測,逐步建立可以反應本土特色之風速剖面以及紊流模式等相關參數值。本研究引進可攜式之都卜勒光波雷達監測系統,簡稱光達(Lidar, Light Detection And Ranging measurement system)進行風速剖面之遙測。經與定點裝置之超音波風速計比對證實光達可以有效量測平均風速與風向。本研究並在不同地況中進行初步之自然風場風速剖面遙測。

Design wind speed and characteristics of the nature wind are two localized wind load factors in building wind code: ”Specifications for Building Wind Resistant Design”. Due to lack of local field data, the parameters related to characteristics of the nature wind are transplanted from the ASCE-7. Typhoon is the primary factor of design wind speed in Taiwan, which is different from the continental America. Furthermore, Taiwan is a mountainous island with complex terrain. The topographic features of the so called ”large city”, ”suburban” and ”country side” in Taiwan are quite different from the continental nation such as the Unite States. Therefore, the terrain category for the wind field of these two different countries may not be the same. Therefore, this research project introduced the state of art telemetric measurement, Lidar (Light detection and ranging measurement system), for the in-situ measurement of the atmospheric boundary layers. This paper describes the capacity and data processing scheme for the new instrument and the validation procedure of the Lidar measurements. Two sets of atmospheric boundary layer measurement data acquired by Lidar are also presented in this paper.
