摘要

本文旨在研擬「手掘式基樁之設計施工規範條文解說」之增修訂，期減少手掘式基樁工安事件的發生。經由蒐集國內外手掘式基樁之設計、施工規範，與工安相關規定及現況資料，並檢討國內現行設計施工規範於手掘式基樁之應用，研擬適用我國之手掘式基樁設計及施工規範。所完成之規範條文，得以改善目前散見於各規範中應用上之不便。由於含卵礫石地層的區域開挖易造成機具耗損過大，施工承商多採手掘工法進行開挖而易生危險，本規範可提供施作勞工安全保障及各單位列於合約辦理之參考。

In Taiwan, the hand-dug pile was mostly used on construction site of pebbly gravel layer. Due to lack of standard operation procedure, the accidents frequently occurred, and always caused casualties. A standard operation procedure is thus needed to regulate the design and construction of hand-dug pile and to enhance the safety during construction. The research team has collected the related design code and construction code about pile foundation, especially about the hand-dug pile, all other related regulations of labor safety, and several construction cases. Several meetings with experienced civil engineers, architects and construction technicians were also held to discuss the related topics on the design and construction codes for the hand-dug piles.
