GFRP框架採FRP接頭側推實驗與數值分析之研究

A Study on Pushover Test and Numerical Analysis of GFRP Frame with FRP Joints

摘要


本文利用玻璃纖維強化高分子(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic, GFRP)複合材料具質量輕、耐候性佳及高強度之特性,製作GFRP框架,進行側推實驗及數值分析,並將實驗及分析結果進行比較。GFRP框架試體採雙腹版I形梁斷面構件作為框架之梁與柱構件,而梁柱接頭則採用FRP製之接頭,此FRP接頭是先將二片GFRP版材裁切成所需之接頭形狀,以環氧樹脂黏結後,再以碳纖維布進行包覆而成。梁柱構件接頭處之接合方式採化學接合與混合接合兩種方式,化學接合則於接合處塗布環氧樹脂,混合接合除了於接合處塗布環氧樹脂外,於接合處開孔以打入GFRP插銷。而GFRP框架分別為空框架、框架中加入拉力斜撐、與框架中加入壓力斜撐3種形式。GFRP框架試體以側推試驗求得其力學行為及破壞模式,由實驗得知混合接合之整體力學行為較化學接合來的良好;而以框架形式而言,加入拉力斜撐之試體其力學行為是三者中最好。本文採SAP2000進行側推數值分析,並將實驗及數值分析結果進行比較,得知兩者之極限載重及力-位移關係曲線皆相近。

This paperpresents the use of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) composite material to produce a frame; the behaviors of the GFRP frames were analyzed by using pushover test and a numerical analysis software. Double-web FRP I-beams are used for the beams and columns of the frame, and joints made from two GFRP plates cut to the desired shape adhesively bonded together and wrapped with carbon fiber sheet. Three types of frame specimens were involved: an un-braced frame, a compression-braced frame and a tension-braced frame. The joints were bonded to the frame components using epoxy resin (chemical bond) or byusing not only resin coating but also adding GFRP bolts (hybrid bond) in the beam-column joint. The pushover testwasused to investigate the mechanical behaviors and failure modes of the GFRP frames. The experimentalresults showed that the mechanical behavior of the hybrid bond joint is better than the chemically bonded joint; and that tension bracing has a better performance. The analysis software SAP2000 was used for the pushover analysis of the GFRP frames, and it was shown that the ultimate strength and force-displacement relationships of the analytical results were similar to that of the experimental ones.
