No-Scalpel Vasovasostomy: Surgical Technique and Clinical Experience
無刀式輸精管再接合手術之開刀方法及臨床經驗

The technique of a no-scalpel vasectomy has gained wide acceptance. We found that approach is also feasible for vasectomy reversal in selected patients. Herein, we describe our technique and experience using a no-scalpel approach for a vasovasostomy in 40 vas units in 22 patients. The no-scalpel technique appears to minimize post operative scrotal swelling and discomfort associated with vasectomy reversal.
