我們提出一個報告以潰瘍性黑色素瘤從陰莖頭到包皮和可觸知的腹股溝淋巴結在左側的69歲老人。陰莖的惡性黑色素瘤與腹股溝lymphadenopahy是臨床診斷。患者被接受的部份peneetomy和雙邊腹股溝淋巴結解剖和很好反應輔藥免疫療法與干擾素alfa-2b。在操作以後，再復發或轉移的情形在九個月的後續期間並沒有發生。

We report a case of a 69-year-old man who presented with an ulcerative black tumor from the glans penis to the foreskin and palpable inguinal lymph nodes on the left side. A malignant melanoma of the penis with inguinal lymphadenopathy was the clinical diagnosis. The patient received a partial penectomy and bilateral inguinal lymph node dissection and responded well to the adjuvant immunotherapy with interferon alpha-2b. No recurrence or metastasis occurred during the 9-month follow-up period after the operation.
