摘要

庫欣氏症(Cushing's syndrome, CS)是由於患者體內糖皮質素(glucocorticoid)過多，從而導致全身一系列代謝混亂和病理變化的一種疾病。此病可依照患者的糖皮質素來源、對促腎上腺皮質素(adrenocorticotropic hormone, ACTH)的依賴性、以及病灶進行分類；其中庫欣氏病(Cushing's disease, CD)即為一種常見類型，其定義為腦下垂體腫瘤分泌過多的ACTH，進而導致體內糖皮質素的分泌過多。本共識乃由國內這方面之專家開會數次達成之共識，就其診斷、治療和追蹤提出大致之見解，供大家做為這個疾病診治上之參考。
