預防手術部位感染組合式照護

手術部位感染指發生於手術過程中所涵蓋之傷口部位感染。依手術傷口差異,發生率約為2%至20%之間，占了醫療照護相關感染的17%至30%。不止造成病患發生敗血症風險，延長住院天數及增加花費，並對抗生素抗藥性產生壓力。本篇文章介紹國內外指引及醫學實証建議之組合式照顧，內容包括：糖尿病患血糖控制、預防性抗生素、適當皮膚準備、維持正常體溫、傷口照護及術後感染率監控等，以期提高手術病患照顧品質及降低手術部位感染率。
