A Parametric Manufacturing Knowlege Representation Model for Agile Manufacturing Execution Control

精敏製造執行管控之參數化製造工程知識表達模型

摘要


當今的生產製造理念已漸從大量生產轉移到大量客制化並能快速反應市場變化的時代,在這時代中,製造廠商必須能提供客戶非常多樣選擇之產品變異系列,同時還必須能精敏快速地生產製造它們,傳統的做法無法適當有效地表達非常多樣變異的產品製造變異知識,以致難以有效支援精敏快速的生產製造。本文即針對產品的多樣變異與生產製造的精敏快速議題,提出一參數化之製造工程知識的表達模型,以適切支援精敏快速生產之製造執行管控的運作。所提出之製造工程知識模型除先前所提之產品組構變異模型VPC外,尚包括表達生產設施變異知識之GAMM模型及表達製造流程變異知識之GAMP模型,此外,本文更引介了生產設施之產製能力及產品製程之產製能力需求的概念,以及兩者如何匹配比對的機制,依此提出之製造工程知識模型及產製能力的概念定義與匹配機制,將能適當有效地表達非常多樣變異的產品製造變異知識,從而能有效地支援精敏製造之執行管控的適切運作。

Manufacturing paradigm has shifted gradually from ”mass production” to ”mass customization” with the required capability of quick response. Suppliers have to produce products with wide variety of configurations and at the same time manufacture them agilely. The traditional approach cannot represent product and manufacturing knowledge properly for products with wide variations and cannot support manufacturing agility effectively. In this paper, a parametric manufacturing knowledge representation model was proposed to address the issue of product configuration variation and manufacturing agility and to facilitate agile manufacturing execution control. The models proposed, in addition to the VPC model proposed previously, include GAMM and GAMP for the modeling of manufacturing facility and process, respectively. The concepts of manufacturing capability for facility and process, as well as the mechanism for matching them, were also introduced into the proposed model. With these models, the knowledge of manufacturing facility and process for products with wide variations can be concisely represented for agile manufacturing execution control.
