本研究主要是以我國資訊産業爲基礎探討産業電子化之推動策略,瞭解企業電子化之基本架構,以及電子化導入過程中企業內、企業間、與環境面需考量之關鍵成功因素,並調查資訊産業供應鏈廠商實際導入電子化過程中各項因素之重要性與關連性,以提出適合我國本土産業特性電子化推動模式之建議。由問卷調查結果,本研究發現在企業導入企業電子化供應鏈之策略目標可爲分:(1)提高效率與服務(2)創造本身競爭優勢(3)健全企業價值鏈活動;其次在企業導入供應鏈電子化所面臨之影響要素上,企業所重視的包括:(1)企業資訊化程度與能力(2)企業電子化的環境結構;在政府産業政策對於企業導入供應鏈電子化的重要性方面,企業則認爲政府單位能建立一完善的電子化投資條件與制定法令標凖,亦應對於産業電子化觀念的推廣與技術推動。
The purpose of this research is to explore the promotion strategy of industrial electronic business in Taiwan's information technology industry. By questionnaire survey, the research found the business strategic dimensions of introducing the electronic business are: (1) enhance the efficiency and service, (2) create the competitive advantage, and (3) maintain the business value system. The research also found the critical factors of the introducing the electronic business are: (1) information architecture and capacity, and (2) environment structure of electronic business. Finally, the research suggests the government should construct the well-defined investment conditions, law and technology standards and prompt the concept and technology framework of industrial electronic business.
