薄膜型太陽能電池產業現況報導

摘要


太陽能無疑是目前全球公認最豐沛的潔淨能源,全球無不積極的投入發展次世代太陽能電池技術。次世代太陽能電池最主要的發展目標乃為大幅度降低電池材料成本與持續提升電池效率,因此兼具低原料需求、低原料成本、重量輕、可大面積化製造,甚至可撓曲等優點的薄膜太陽能電池正是目前國際各太陽能電池大廠與技術研發團隊積極發展的目標。本文將針對目前具有市場競爭力的矽薄膜與銅銦鎵硒化合物半導體兩種薄膜太陽能電池作詳細的產業現況與技術報導。

Everyone knows that the solar energy is clean and abundant energy resource in the world. Many research groups and industries go all out to develop and study the novel technologies for the applications of next generation solar cells. The development targets of next generation solar cells are to slash the cost of cell materials and improve the cell efficiency. Therefore, the thin film solar cells with the advantages of low materials need, low materials cost, light weight, large area fabrication and flexible substrates attract everyone to develop and study. In this paper, the author will report the detailed market development and technical research of the silicon-based and CIGS thin film solar cells.
