Micromechanical Resonators Based on Two-dimensional Phononic Crystal Slabs

利用二維聲子晶體平板製作之微機械共振器

摘要


本文介紹近期有關利用微製程所製作之聲子晶體結構作為GHz之微機械共振器之研究結果。利用二維聲子晶體平板所製作之微機械共振器的品質因子相當高,並且可以應用於無線電頻率的範圍,可以應用的範圍有無線電通訊以及偵測器等方面。
