台灣光子源之高熱負載元件的真空硬銲與真空檢測

Brazing and Helium Leaking Test for High Heat Load Components in Taiwan Photon Source

摘要


台灣光子源(TPS,Taiwan Photon Source)為同步輻射研究中心所建造的第二座加速器,其能量為3 GeV,500 mA。在本文中所製造的高熱負載元件(High Heat Load Components)應用於加速器中的前端區(Front End),其作用為遮蔽加速器所提供的部分高能量同步輻射光,藉以塑造輸送至光束線(Beam Line)的光束大小。高熱負載元件為一加速器工程中前端區之核心,主要功能為吸收多餘的光束能量。而為使高密度的能量能均佈於各個高熱負載元件,文中將會依序介紹各個元件,像是首要遮罩(Primary Mask)、主遮罩(Main Mask)、光子吸收器(Photon Absorber)與狹縫吸收器(Slit)。而上述元件之製程如:超高真空(UHV,Ultra High Vacuum)的化學清洗、硬銲(Brazing)與真空測漏(Helium Leaking Test)將敘述於文中。

Taiwan Photon Source is the second accelerator constructed by National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC). With 3GeV, 500mA, this facility will generate extremely high synchrotron radiation since most of the power load will be shadowed at front end in order to shape final confining beam size for beam lines users.The high heat load components are known to be the critical parts to absorb the unwanted energy. In order to practically distribute high density power along each high heat load components, Several absorbers are introduced. Namely, primary mask, main mask, photon absorber and slits. The manufacturing process such as UHV chemical cleaning, brazing and helium leaking test are described in this report.
