結合環保的製程、豐富的色彩、高表面硬度等核心訴求,我們在可撓曲的拋光不鏽鋼帶、鏡面鋁板、鋁箔基板上,進行彩色硬膜環保塗裝技術的開發。本研究選用高硬度且耐環境腐蝕的氮化鋁(AlN)及氮化鈦(TiN)薄膜,以環保的反應式磁控濺鍍法,配合複層薄膜光學的色彩設計,在不同的金屬基板上鍍製色域寬廣且高純度的彩色硬膜,表面擁有高硬度、高彈性回復率的機械性質。彩色硬膜在不同入射光角度條件下,可獲得不同顏色的反射光。奈米壓痕檢測顯示:(1)鍍上彩色硬膜的不鏽鋼帶,表面硬度可高達10 GPa,為不鏽鋼帶的3~4倍。(2)鍍上彩色硬膜的鏡面鋁板硬度達7 GPa,為鏡面鋁板的8~9倍。(3)鍍上彩色硬膜的鋁箔 基板硬度達4.5 GPa,為鋁箔基板的5~6倍。鍍上彩色硬膜的不鏽鋼帶與鋁箔基板,表面皆擁有高彈性回復率We > 60%。
Under the essential demands of environmental protection process, rich colors, and high surface hardness, we develop colored hard coatings on polished stainless steel ribbon, mirror-like aluminum plate, and aluminum foil substrates. Employing AlN-TiN thin films with environment friendly and anticorrosion properties, using reactive magnetron sputtering and multi-layer thin film optical design, we fabricate high-purity colored hard coatings on various metal substrates. Nano-indentation characterization results indicating: (1) the surface hardness of colored hard coatings on stainless steel substrate is up to 10 GPa, that is 3~4 times of the stainless steel substrate; (2) the hardness of colored mirror-like aluminum plate is 7 GPa that is 8~9 times of the mirror-like aluminum plate; (3) the hardness of colored aluminum foil is 4.5 GPa that is 5~6 times of the aluminum foil.
