高效率鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的研究與開發

摘要


本文主要針對目前鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的發展來做簡單介紹。鈣鈦礦太陽能電池依製程可分為正式高溫型及反式低溫型兩大類,目前正式高溫型鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的效率(22%)是高於反式低溫型(21%),但因製作元件時需要高溫製程相對較耗費能源,故筆者研究的方向主要針對於反式低溫型鈣鈦礦太陽能電池來做開發,內容包含高品質大晶粒鈣鈦礦薄膜的製備方法和有機電洞傳遞層材料以及增加元件長時間穩定性的方法,期望能提供讀者了解並製作出高品質穩定之反式低溫型鈣鈦礦太陽能電池。

The article mainly make a brief introduction to the evolution of perovskite solar cells. Perovskite solar cells can be divided into two types: high-temperature regular type and low-temperature inverted type based on preparation procedures. The efficiency of regular type Perovskite solar cells (22%) is currently higher than that of inverted type (21%); however, the high-temperature preparation procedures cost more energy. Therefore, the research direction mainly focus on the development of low-temperature inverted type Perovskite solar cells, including the preparation of high-quality large grain Perovskite film and organic holes transporting layers and improving long term stability of the devices. The research is helping the readers to understand and make high quality stable inverted perovskite solar cells.
