摘要


本研究採用逐步熱注射的方式合成CuInS_2/ZnS(CIS/ZnS)量子點。CIS/ZnS核/殼結構的量子點不僅讓光譜藍移也使量子效率由2%提升至83%。YAG螢光粉中加入CIS/ZnS_(DDT)或CIS/ZnS_S量子點可使白光發光二極體(WLED_(DDT)和WLED_S)的演色性(CRI)與發光效率同時獲得提升。其中WLED_S的發光效率為78 lm/W,而WLED_(ODT)的演色性為81。

In this study, we synthesized the CuInS_2/ZnS core/shell quantum dot (QDs) via a stepwise hot injection route. Not only emission spectrum shifts to short wavelength but also increases the quantum yield (QY) from 2 to 83 % for CIS/ZnS core/shell QDs. Cooperation of YAG phosphors with CIS/ZnS_(DDT) or CIS/ZnS_S QDs in the encapsulate can improve the color rendering index (CRI) and luminous efficacy of YAG-based white light emitting-diodes (WLEDYAG) at the same time. The result shows that the highest CRI of 81 can be obtained for WLED_(ODT) and the WLED_S has the highest luminous efficacy of 78 lm/W.
