隨著精密光學系統對光學鍍膜的精度要求越來越高,光學鍍膜設備在光譜控制能力以及製造技術開發更顯得重要。鍍膜過程中最關鍵的步驟是如何在大量的生產過程中確保產品之穩定性和再現性,必須倚賴高精密之光學監控以確保鍍製出穩定和高品質之薄膜。因此整合產學研共同研製出國產之智能自動化光學鍍膜設備,將進一步加速光學相關產業的發展。

New technologies will always lead to increasing demands and complexity of the layer stacks. High quality thin film optical filters need high precision optical monitoring during the deposition. There are many challenges to overcome to enable greater accuracy in optical thin-film coatings. Real time optimization during production can increase repeatability and yield for even the most complex optical layers. Intelligent optical monitoring integrates control technology, a strategy generator and the coater to offer seamless development of new optical film processes in shorter times and at lower cost by direct continuous monitoring.
