Process technology development of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides

摘要


隨著科技不斷的進步,為了大眾化和攜帶輕便為優先考量,電子裝置轉以輕薄短小、低耗能、多功能為主要需求,而其中的關鍵便是新穎材料的開發。近年來,過渡金屬硫化物(Transition metal dichalcogenide, TMDC)作為一極具潛力的新穎材料,因其具備二維材料尺度上的優勢、能帶結構的可調控性、奈米尺度下之柔韌性,已收到相當多的關注。另外,二維材料能以不同材料或相異的堆疊方式組成的異質結構,讓單一材料的特點能藉由不同材料的組成進行改良,甚至是優化,也讓未來商用電子產品的發展前景更加讓人期待。

With the continuous scientific advancement, electronic devices need to be with low power, lightweight, and multi-functionality. To achieve these goals, develop a novel material candidate will be a key approach. Transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC), owing to its scalabiity, structural tunability, and flexibility, has received great attentions. Moreover, hetero-structure from two different material combinations is another advantage of TMDC enabling a more promising future for commercial electronics to be expected.
