運用風險管理概念於“性健康”促進之探究

摘要

性是人類社會文化建構下之行為表現，而性亦是扮演著影響健康的重要角色，同時性健康是個人生活經驗重要部分之一，性需要的滿足可提昇生活品質，並增添生命的意義。再者，風險管理就是對可能發生損失之不確定性進行有效管理，而風險管理亦就是開始瞭解組織、什麼資產（性健康）是重要的及什麼是需要去保護的等，故期望能藉由運用風險管理概念於性健康促進之議題，方以增進現代人對「性健康」促進的衛生教育概念，亦提昇個人生理與心理健康層面的自我保護意識，作為健康管理學相關學術研究之應用參考。

Sex is the behavior under the culture construction of human society. It not only plays an important role in the influence of personal health life but also occupies a significant position in personal life experience. Additionally, the satisfaction of sex is able to enhance the quality of life and to make life meaningful. Risk management is to take steps to minimize the losses effectively, be acquainted with the organization, and determine which assets should be protected. Consequently, the application of the concept of risk management to the promotion of ”sexual health” can reinforce people's ideas about health education. The application can also upgrade their awareness of self-protection on both the physiological and psychological levels, which serves as a reference to further academic researches on health management.
