中國綠色産品管理法令之探討

Concerning the EU RoHS had been implanting on 1st July, 2006, the concept of ”Green Products” is getting more and more popular in Electronic Products. Consequently, the China RoHS, being issued by china MII on 28th, Feb 2006, is considered to be a big deal on Electronic Information Products (EIPs) worldwide since it will be commenced on 1st, Mach 2007. In this article, a comparison between EU aid China RoHS was raised to figure out their differences and ideologies in the very binning. Secondly, china RoHS is not synchronized with EU RoHS because china was trying to build a specific Green Management System involving the ”Products Categories” for managed EIPs and a comprehensive making/labeling system. In the meanwhile china RoHS didn't rule the target date on prohibiting hazardous substances, which depends on the progress or responses from industries. Finally, the concept of Green Products is not only marketing trend but also regulations and laws As a result, both of governors aid senior managers of businesses should dedicate themselves for this integration and preparation to sharp their competitiveness in the worldwide market.
