The Discussion to Performance Measurement of the Organizational Culture

The organizational culture is difficult to measure. It is easy to make the manager to underestimate or to overestimate, then causes the cost loss. This article introduces the four types of organizational culture first, then discusses the framework and its contents of the performance measurement system in detail. The measurement results can be applied to organizational culture, and avoid the enterprise cost wasting.
