品格與道德融入績效考核之探討

Put Character and Ethics into the Performance Evaluation

The purpose of this study is to put character and ethics into the performance evaluation. At first, we describe the meaning and importance of character and ethics. Then we introduce 「six pillars of character」 comprised of six performance evaluation criteria (1) respect (2) responsibility (3) fairness(4) trustworthiness (5) caring (6) citizenship. Finally, we integrate the above six criteria with performance evaluation, obtain the relation table of character-ethics and performance evaluation, and propose some conclusion to enterprises.
