The Discussion to Enhancing Business Ethics for Human Resource Manager

The article draws the framework between the training and business ethics, and assists HR Manager to create and maintain effective ethics training programs. There are four themes in this framework including trainee selection criteria, training design, transfer of trained skills, and evaluation. These themes are described in detail, and the training principles might enhance the efficacy of ethics training.
