醫院門診病患對醫學倫理觀點之探討

摘要

近年來臺灣社會環境急遽變遷，醫療環境更是隨之更迭，各種從未出現過的醫療衝突時有所聞，社會大眾對醫療品質的要求與日俱增，而醫學倫理也日益受到重視，故本研究針對醫院門診病患對醫學倫理之觀點進行探討。本研究發現：1．平均月收入在40,000元以上的門診病患對醫護人員實踐醫學倫理的同意程度較高。2．就診內科的門診病患對醫護人員實踐醫學倫理中「行善／不傷害」因素構面的同意程度，大多較就診外科的門診病患有較高的同意程度。3．就診地區醫院及診所的門診病患，在醫學倫理的「行善／不傷害」及「自主／公平」等二個構面的同意程度，均較醫學中心及區域醫院的門診病患有較高的同意程度。

In recently year, the social environment of Taiwan has been changed lots, the medical environment is the change thereupon even more, smell to some extent at the time of various kinds of medical conflicts that has never appeared, masses' requisitions for medical quality of people grow with each passing day, and medical ethics is paid attention to day by day, therefore, this research carries on the discussion to the view of medical ethics from out patient. According to the research: 1. Outpatients with average monthly income of NT 40,000 are higher in compliance of medical ethics performed by medical staff. 2. Construct the consent degree in factor while practicing medical ethics to the medical personnel ”Beneficence/Nonmaleficience” of out patient of going to a doctor in the department of internal medicine, mostly have higher consent degree than the out patient going to a doctor in the surgery. 3. Out patient going to a doctor in the regional hospital and clinic, in medical for the ethics one” Beneficence/Nonmaleficience” and ”Autonomy/Justice”, etc. two piece literary composition consent degree, have higher consent degree than medical center and out patients of the regional hospital.
