This article describes what the Strategic Human Resource Management is, with two examples as illustration. Besides, issues such as how to use the Excellence Performance Model in conjunction with Human Resource Management is also addressed in this article. This is beneficial for leaders who are ready to pursue business excellence. Furthermore, advices on actions to take are also provided for leaders.
