The Application to Strategic Human Resource Management at Hotel Business by Balanced Scorecard

The balanced scorecard (BSC) is a human resource management intervention method. It does encourage and lead employees to perform the works voluntarily, along with potentiality and competency development, via estimating performance index. The article selects ITC Hotel as case study, and describes BSC implementation in detail.
