摘要

未來是老年化的世界，老人時代所帶來的醫療照護問題，相信是現在國家領導者與企業管理者，所要重視的一件事。政府與民間企業兩者，互相關注國人與員工的醫療照護，企業去重視醫療照護的價值，政府去做該做的醫療改革與啟動改變，使我們台灣也可作為醫療照護創新價值改革的推動者。
