提升教育品質　強化教育競爭力

High educational competitiveness should he associated with a high level of education quality. In this paper, it begins to analyze the core element of education quality-stakeholder. Then, it discusses the key items and indicators of education quality Next, it explores the influential factors of education quality (including people, environment, system, resources). Finally, it presents the suggestions in regard to promoting education quality.
