This article summarizes the author's thoughts for attending 2007 INFORMS marketing science conference at Singapore Management University in Singapore on June 28-30, 2007. This conference is very helpful for those who are interested in the research areas of service management, customer satisfaction, customer lifetime value, customer relationship management, technology and innovation management, organization innovation and the like. The 2008 INFORMS marketing science conference will be held on June 12-14, 2008 at University of British Columbia, Canada.
