本文首先描述現有生活品質的課題和問題,之後,以工作和家庭邊界理論描述工作和生活品質的相關性。最後,文中描述人力資源管理者改善員工的工作和生活品質之作法,將可有效地幫助公司達到政策目標及實務效果,進而提升員工的工作力、生產力和績效。

This article presents first an overview of the existing issues and problems in the quality of life. Afterwards, it shows relationship between work and life quality by using work and family border theory. Finally, that the human resource manager enhances the way of work and life quality on employees is described. It may help corporation achieve policy objectives and practices and further improve their workforce, productivity, and performance.
