摘要

糖尿病中醫稱為「消癉」、「消渴」。診治以「三消」立論用藥。病例報告：曾先生，男性，70歲，糖尿病患者，因便秘用塞劑，肛門被戳破而成潰瘍，外科手術後，創口不能愈合，甚且無力動彈，手軟不能仲動，大便濇，小便亦不暢。證屬元氣衰微，濕熱內蘊，方用托補法，先救其脾虛，並理其濕邪，最後用參耆大劑補養氣血，九診而愈。

This paper describes the case of a male diabetic by the name of Zeng, 70 years old, suffering from anal fissuring and ulceration that had occurred as the result of using suppositories for the treatment of constipation. After surgical treatment, the wound still failed to heal, and the patient was so flail that he could barely move. He suffered from dry stool and inhibited urination. This condition was diagnosed on debilitation of original qi with heat brewing internally. The treatment involved first attending to the spleen vacuity and then addressing the dampness pathogen. After this, the patient was given a supplementing formula based on ginseng and astragalus to boost qi and nourish the blood. The wound healed after nine consultations.
