葛根湯、麻黃湯之高濃縮速溶劑型及其指標成分之研究

摘要

本實驗主要探討葛根湯及麻黃湯高濃縮速溶產品之製程研究，實驗內容以濃縮粒劑配方開發及加工造粒技術爲研究重點，並將開發之濃縮方劑進行指標成分分析。目前以本製程研究而成之產品中(a)葛根湯之服用量只要1.41~1.47g/包、次，其賦形劑之添加量在10~30%。(b)麻黃湯之服用量只要1.13~1.24g/包、次，且賦形劑之添加量在10~30%。降低了口服之用量。另本實驗亦藉毛細管電泳之分析方法，分析所製成品中之葛根素及麻黃鹼等二種指標成分，根據所測結果顯示其濃度高於一般市售品。

This study investigates how to produce high content and instant chinese herbal medicine formulations with high efficiency. Results obtained from this study are as follows: (a) dosage for pueraria combination is 1.41~1.47g/once, and 10~30% excipient by weight of product is used. (b) dosage for ephedra combination is 1.13-1.24 g/once, and 10-30% excipient by weight of product is used.
In addition, the guide ingredients o these products are analyzed by capillary electrophoresis method. Results obtained hereon are satisfactory.
