2-Benzoxazolinone, 2-Hydroxy-1,4-Benzoxazin-3-One from the Root of Strobilanthes Cusia

摘要


自馬藍(Strobilanthes cusia)的乾燥根之甲醇抽出物經分離及結構鑑定,分得七種已知成分:羽扇醇hupeol(1),stigmasterol和β-sitosterol混合物(2),樺木醇betulin(3),靛藍indigo(4),靛玉紅indirubin(5),苯并二氫噁唑-2-酮2-benzoxazolinone(6),2-羥-1,4-苯并噁 2-hydroxy-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one(7),及香草酸4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid(8)等成分。化合物1-5為分離自本植物之已知成分,而化合物6-8係首次由本植物中分離得到。

The methanolic extract of the root of Strobilanthes cusia was partitioned and separated by chromatographic methods. Eight compounds were isolated and identified. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral evidence as well as direct comparison with authentic samples. These components included lupeol (1), mixture of stigmasterol and β-sitosterol (2), betulin (3), indigo (4), indirubin (5), 2-benzoxazolinone (6), 2-hydroxy-1, 4-benzoxazin-3-one (7), and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzoic acid (8). Among these, compound 6-8 were isolated for the first time from this plant.
