中醫醫療結合芳香療法研究國際醫療之願景

Perspective on Taiwan International Health Care: Integrate Aromatherapy into Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要

全球化時代的來臨，國際間的互動更為頻繁，如何讓台灣醫療產業與國際接軌，進一步促進台灣國際醫療的發展，刻不容緩。本研究藉由長庚中醫養生健康中心的經驗，研究中醫藥結合芳香療法如何執行國際醫療。蒐集國內外實證醫學文獻，專家會議的執行及中醫芳療實證醫學的統計數據，分析中醫結合芳療跨足國際醫療的可行性。結果顯示，芳香療法已有許多國際期刊發表療效研究，顯示醫療結合芳香療法的臨床療效。本中心與整形外科合作的正顎手術結合中醫芳香療法統計資料，發現中醫芳香療法對於手術後的壓力緩解及疼痛緩解有效。本研究結果顯示，中醫藥結合芳香療法具有足夠的專業特色及吸引力來從事國際醫療活動，然而必須考慮多方面的配套措施，建議由專門國際醫療院所或醫學中心執行中醫芳療推廣，培養完整訓練的中醫師及護理人員，建置適當的軟硬體設備及良好的營運策略，將中醫醫療結合芳香療法推向國際，成為台灣國際醫療重要特色之一。

Taiwan enjoys progressive medical technology, advanced medical facilities, and friendly services, which can be used as a foundation on which to build an international health care model and promoting Taiwan's health care services to the world. In this study, we collected the evidence base reference about medical SPA and aromatherapy. We designed and collected questionnaire from the customs or patients who received the aromatherapy before and after particular plastic surgery. Those results present that aromatherapy is useful for tension and pain relief before and after operation. The combination of the Chinese medical treatment and aromatherapy is more effective. Integrate aromatherapy with Chinese medicine can develop a high-quality health care environment which can strengthen international competitiveness. Medical institutions have to establish standard medical service procedures for foreign patients, including the planning of professional training curricula for international medical service.
