中西合治外傷性瀰漫軸突損傷－病例報告並文獻探討
Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment in Traumatic Diffuse Axonal Injury-A Case Report and Literature Reviews

A 20-year-old male suffered from loss of consciousness due to traffic accident and exacerbated with admission to intensive care unit due to delayed hemorrhage. Following Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan revealed diffuse axonal injury. The patient started Chinese herbal treatment at the 7th day of admission as well as acupuncture treatment after his condition became stable. He was completely awake about 3 months after the trauma, and restarted his school study the next year.
