大貨車五項駕訓科目之工作負荷及訓練成效評估研究

Assessment of Workload and Training Effectiveness on Five Truck Driving Training Tasks

摘要


本研究以國軍大貨車駕駛訓練中心為例,探討比較大貨車的五項駕訓科目之工作負荷及訓練成效,計路邊停車、曲線進退、曲巷調頭、倒車入庫、上下坡道等五項科目,運用駕駛行車影像記錄器進行視覺搜尋頻率、眨眼率、駕駛績效等資料蒐集,運用心率量測儀即時記錄駕駛之心率變化,最後填寫NASA-TLX主觀評比量表等生理、心理指標的量測,評估不同駕訓科目的工作負荷,使駕駛者了解從事駕駛工作時不同操作方式其生理、心理的變化,以及提供駕駛訓練成效評估之參考。再者,使駕訓單位了解駕駛人於不同駕訓科目中各學習階段的表現與效果,作為修訂駕訓程序的參考。研究分析結果顯示,透過訓練能有效地提升駕駛者的績效,除「曲線進退」外,其餘各科目在訓練的第三週已能有與第四週正式測考時的相同表現,表示「曲線進退」應要有較長的訓練時間,本研究結果,可供國軍駕駛訓練中心修訂駕訓程序參考。

The objective of this study was to examine the workload and training effects on five truck driving training tasks (i.e. parallel parking, S-shape lane, T-lane, vertical parking and ramp tasks). The frequency of visual search, blinking rare, driving performance were recorded by a digital driving recording system. A polar electrode belt placed around the chest was utilized to continuously measure the driver's heart rate. In addition, the NASA-TLX questionnaire was completed after each trial. The duration of the training course was four- weeks. Results of analysis indicated that the performance of driving tasks for parallel parking, T-lane, vertical parking and ramp tasks in the third week of training were better as the same in the final examination. However, the task of S-shape lane was more difficult to learn and required more time to practice. Results of the present study may provide meaningful information applicable to driving training.
