本研究旨在瞭解國中電腦教師面對學校工作情境,在工作壓力與因應策略的使用情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法。以臺南縣(市)學校國中電腦教師120名為對象,進行研究。主要研究工具為研究者改編之「國中電腦教師工作壓力與因應策略問卷」,所得資料利用平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、t考驗等統計方法進行資料分析。將主要發現歸納成結論如下: 一、國中電腦教師感受到的工作壓力在中下程度。 二、國中電腦教師工作壓力因應策略的使用頻率為中上程度。 三、不同背景變項的國中電腦教師,壓力感受不同。 四、不同背景變項的國中電腦教師所採用的因應策略不同。 五、不同工作壓力程度教師所採用的因應策略不同。 本研究針對上述結論,提出若干具體提議,盼能落實國中電腦教育,減緩教師工作壓力,增進教學效能以及身心健康,並作為進一步研究之參考。
The purpose of this research was to investigate job stress and coping strategies of teachers who teach computer classes in junior high schools in Taiwan. A survey method was conducted for this study. Questionnaires entitled ”Job Stress and Coping Strategies for Junior High School Computer Class Teachers” were sent to 120 teachers who teach computer classes in junior high schools in Tainan. The response rate was 76 percent. Statistical procedures including T-tests, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product- moment correlation were used to analyze the data. The conclusions of this study are stated and suggestions are provided in order to improve computer education in Taiwan's junior high schools, lessen teachers' job stress and promote teaching efficacy; it is hoped that this research may serve as a reference point for further studies.
