Prospective memory which belongs to the area of cognitive psychology contains two specific emphases that are memory about future events and the formation of individual's intent. It is not only closely related to people's life, but also influences their job performances. The main purpose of this study is to research the details from the reference hooks or journals and understand time context of prospective memory. First of all, the study explains the meaning, five processing stages, the ways of rescue, the elements of influence and the research methods of prospective memory. According to the conclusion, this study provides ways to apply prospective memory to practical education and gives teachers several suggestions, from class managements, teaching methods to students' learning, to improve students' memory.
