Moral education plays a very important role in shaping the students' character in the future. However, after the practice of Grade 1-9 Curriculum, moral education is no longer an independent course, forcing the teachers both in elementary schools and junior high schools to integrate moral education into their teaching activities, and that causes great controversy. Besides, some disorders and chaos happening in both schools and society from time to time make us pay special attention to the practice of moral education. Thus, this research tries to investigate and analyze moral education in terms of learning. Firstly, in this research, some controversial issues concerning moral education and their teachability are fully discussed. Secondly, from the viewpoints of learning theory of moral education, my study explores into some important moral-education-related messages which we can find in learning theories, including Moral Development Theory, Social Learning Theory, Cultivation Theory, Scaffolding Instruction, and Learning by Doing. Finally, some reflection and suggestions concerning the learning in moral education are brought up and can serve as a reference for the practice of moral education in the future.
